330,000 square foot manufacturing facility. Sprayed Sherwin-Williams PreCat Epoxy on approximately 80% of the plant’s CMU block walls. Worked around active production with days, nights, and holiday shutdown scheduling. Completed Phase 1 in two weeks. Returned for Phase 2 covering an additional 11,000 square feet of wall surface with concrete floor repairs and block wall coating.
Primrose Schools, 5 Locations
Interior repaints, wallpaper removal, drywall repairs, and replacements for five Primrose School locations across Central Ohio: Powell, Grove City, Canal Winchester, Reynoldsburg, and Grandview. Emergency ACM canopy repair after a delivery truck struck and damaged the panel system. Rebuilt framing, fabricated a new aluminum composite panel, repainted with Sherwin-Williams Emerald, and refinished the canopy face. Completed overnight while the store remained open.

Site Walkthrough & Bid
We visit your property to assess square footage, surface conditions, access requirements, and scheduling constraints. We document existing damage, note areas that need repairs, and discuss your timeline and budget. You receive a detailed written estimate within 48 hours that breaks down labor, materials, and any prep work required. No hidden fees, no change orders, no deposit required to get on our schedule.
Scheduling & Coordination
We work around your operations. Nights, weekends, holiday shutdowns, phased scheduling by floor or wing, or full building shutdowns when the timeline is tight. We coordinate directly with property managers, building maintenance, tenants, and other trades on site. You get a dedicated point of contact who keeps you updated throughout the project so there are no surprises.
Prep & Protection
Floors, fixtures, furniture, and equipment are masked and protected before any work begins.
