Can you file for permits and inspections?
Yes. As a licensed general contractor, we pull permits and schedule inspections when the job requires it. Fire-rated assemblies, structural framing, and other code work gets documented and signed off properly.
Do you handle fire-rated assemblies?
Yes. We build fire-rated wall and ceiling assemblies to spec - 1-hour, 2-hour, and higher ratings. Proper stud gauge, board type, fastener spacing, and joint treatment. We document everything for inspections.
Can you work around our business hours?
Yes. We schedule around your operations - nights, weekends, phased work, whatever keeps your business running. We'll work out a schedule before the job starts.
How long does a typical commercial drywall project take?
Depends on square footage and complexity. Small office buildouts can be done in a week or two. Larger tenant improvements and multi-phase projects get scheduled based on your timeline. We staff projects to hit your dates.
Do you provide COIs and meet insurance requirements?
Yes. We carry commercial liability coverage and can provide Certificates of Insurance for property managers and general contractors.
Do you require a deposit?
No deposit for labor. You pay when the work is done. For projects with significant material costs, we may ask for materials upfront so we can get everything ordered and on site.
