- Completed major drywall repairs across the entire space, including patching damaged areas, skim-coating uneven surfaces, and restoring all walls to a smooth, commercial-grade finish.
- Installed new interior trim, cut to fit on-site, secured, caulked, sanded, and prepped for paint.
- Sprayed block walls with high-build block filler to properly seal porous CMU and achieve a solid, uniform surface.
- Sprayed all interior wood trim for a clean, factory-finish appearance.
- Applied premium Benjamin Moore Scuff-X on walls and accent walls for superior durability in commercial environments.
- Used Benjamin Moore Command for doors, frames, and other high-wear areas requiring fast dry, hardness, and long-term performance.
- Painted all interior walls, accent features, doors, and frames with clean cut lines and consistent finish quality.
- Protected mechanical equipment, ceiling grid, electrical work, and new materials throughout the finishing process.
- Completed full detailing and touch-ups in every room and corridor, ensuring the entire space was 100% ready for turnover.
Project Notes

Results
PaintWerks was the last trade on-site to finish final touch ups prior to handoff. All drywall repairs, trim installation, block filling, wall coatings, accent colors, and door/frame finishes were completed, detailed, and touched up to deliver a clean, modern commercial interior ready for occupancy on turnover day.
