Shell-to-Finish Framing, Drywall, Paint & Herringbone Tile
- Installed metal stud framing throughout the space to build out the interior layout per tenant specifications, including partition walls, soffits, and bulkheads.
- Hung and finished commercial drywall on all framed walls and ceiling details, including taping, mudding, and sanding to a smooth, paint-ready surface.
- Completed all interior painting on walls, ceilings, and trim throughout the retail space for a clean, consistent finish.
- Installed large-format herringbone tile flooring throughout the space, requiring tight tolerances and clean transitions at all edges and thresholds.
- Completed finish carpentry details and all final detailing to deliver a turnkey retail space ready for fixtures and merchandise.
