Questions About Tile Services
What kind of tile do you install?
Ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, mosaics, large format, and subway tile. Floors, walls, showers, and backsplashes.
Can you remove old tile before installing new?
Yes. We handle demo, haul-off, and any substrate repair needed before new tile goes down.
How long does tile installation take?
A backsplash can be done in a day. Showers typically take 3-7 days including waterproofing and dry time. Full bathroom or kitchen tile work depends on scope.
Do you supply the tile or do I need to buy it?
Either way. We can source tile and materials and provide discounts or install what you've already picked out. We'll let you know how much to order based on the layout.
Do you require a deposit?
No deposit for labor. You pay for work after it's done, not before. On larger projects, we may ask for materials to be paid upfront so we can get everything on site and stay on schedule. We'll go over payment terms before any work starts.
Do you work with large format tile?
Yes. Large format tile requires flat substrates and proper thinset coverage to avoid lippage and cracking. We level floors and walls as needed and use the right setting materials for the tile size.
