Questions About Siding Services
What types of siding do you install?
Vinyl siding, LP SmartSide, and Hardie Board (fiber cement). Each has its strengths - we'll help you pick the right one based on your budget, look, and how long you want it to last.
Can you replace siding on just part of my house?
Yes. We do partial replacements, individual wall re-sides, and spot repairs. If matching discontinued siding is an issue, we'll let you know your options upfront.
Do you handle the trim and flashing too?
Yes. Siding is only part of a weathertight exterior. We install J-channel, corner posts, soffit, fascia, and flashing around windows and doors. Everything gets sealed and caulked so water stays out.
What happens if there's rot or damage under the old siding?
We fix it before new siding goes on. Rotted sheathing, damaged framing, or failed housewrap - we'll show you what we find, explain the repair, and get approval before adding to the scope.
How long does a siding job take?
Small repairs can be done in a day. A full re-side on an average home takes about a week, sometimes longer if there's rot repair or complex trim. We'll give you a realistic timeline after we see the house.
Do you require a deposit for siding work?
No deposit for labor. You pay when the work is done. For jobs with significant material costs, we may ask for materials upfront so we can get everything ordered and on site.
