Commercial Services Columbus Ohio
We install commercial-grade LVP, LVT, and sheet vinyl for offices, retail, restaurants, healthcare, and high-traffic spaces across Columbus and Central Ohio. Waterproof, scratch-resistant, and built to handle daily wear. Proper subfloor prep and moisture testing before any flooring goes down.
Luxury Vinyl Plank & Resilient Flooring
Commercial LVP and LVT are popular for a reason. They hold up to heavy traffic, they’re waterproof, and they’re easier to maintain than hardwood or carpet. We install glue-down, click-lock, and loose-lay products depending on the application. Subfloor prep and moisture testing come first because flooring failures almost always start underneath. Quick turnaround and minimal downtime keep your project on schedule.
Our Process
LVP installation is straightforward when the prep work is done right. Subfloor condition, moisture levels, and product acclimation all affect how the floor performs long-term. Here’s how we approach a commercial LVP job.

Subfloor Prep
We start by evaluating the existing subfloor. Concrete gets tested for moisture using ASTM F2170 or calcium chloride tests. Wood subfloors get checked for flatness and structural integrity. Any high spots get ground down, low spots get leveled with patching compound, and cracks get addressed before flooring goes down. Skipping this step is how floors fail.

Acclimation & Layout
LVP needs to acclimate to the space before installation. We stage materials on-site and let them adjust to the temperature and humidity. While that happens, we plan the layout, figure out where cuts will land, and make sure the pattern looks right when you walk through the door. Proper planning means fewer awkward cuts and a cleaner finished look.

Installation & Finish
We install according to manufacturer specs, whether that's glue-down, click-lock, or loose-lay. Seams are tight, transitions are clean, and edges are finished with appropriate trim or caulk. Once the floor is down, we do a final walkthrough to check for any issues and make sure everything is ready for use. The space is left clean and the floor is ready for traffic.
