We offer a full range of residential services across Columbus and Central Ohio. As a licensed general contractor, we handle projects that require multiple trades and keep everything coordinated under one roof. Most of our work comes from homeowners who are tired of chasing down separate contractors for each piece of the job. We do the work ourselves with our own crew and stand behind everything we touch.
We handle home renovations from first conversation to final walkthrough. Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, and whole-house remodels. As a licensed general contractor, we pull permits, coordinate trades, and manage the project so you're not stuck making fifty phone calls to get one job done.
If it involves framing, drywall, flooring, tile, or paint — we do it in-house with our own crew. One point of contact, one schedule, one team keeping track of what needs to happen and when.
No deposit required to get on the schedule. Owner on every project. We show up when we say we will and keep you updated throughout the build.
From first conversation to final walkthrough, here’s how we take a renovation from idea to finished space. We start with a plan, lock in materials before demo, and keep the job moving in the right sequence. Each phase gets done right before we move to the next. No shortcuts, no surprises, no dragging on for months past the original timeline.

We start with a walkthrough to understand what you want and what the space can handle. Budget, timeline, must-haves, nice-to-haves - we get it all on the table. From there, we put together a scope of work and a realistic schedule. No surprises once we start swinging hammers.

Once we agree on the scope, we help you pick materials — cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, fixtures, paint colors. We'll point you toward products that fit your budget and hold up over time. Everything gets ordered and confirmed before demo starts so we're not waiting on materials mid-project.

We protect the rest of your home, then demo what needs to go. Framing changes happen next — walls moved, openings added, structural supports installed. Then plumbing and electrical get roughed in. Inspections pass before we close up walls. This phase sets the foundation for everything that follows.

Drywall goes up, gets taped and finished. Flooring goes down. Cabinets get installed and leveled. Tile work gets completed. Paint goes on walls, ceilings, and trim. Fixtures get connected — lights, plumbing, hardware. The space starts looking like what you pictured.

We schedule final inspections, walk the space with you, and knock out any punch list items. Touch-ups, adjustments, detail work — whatever it takes. You get a finished space that's ready to use, not a project that drags on for weeks after we say we're done.
Home renovations often include specific room projects. We handle kitchens, bathrooms, and basements as standalone work too.
If your project grows or you decide to tackle another room later, we're already familiar with your house.

Full bathroom renovations and targeted updates. Tile, flooring, vanities, showers, tubs, and fixtures. We coordinate plumbing and handle waterproofing so the room holds up to daily use.

Cabinet installation, countertops, backsplash, flooring, and layout changes. We coordinate electrical and plumbing so you're not managing multiple contractors yourself.

Turn unfinished space into usable square footage. Framing, insulation, drywall, flooring, and trim. Bathrooms, wet bars, and home theaters if the project calls for it.

Floors, showers, backsplashes, and tub surrounds. Proper waterproofing, correct substrate prep, and grout that stays clean. Tile done right lasts decades.

Interior and exterior painting for homes across Columbus. Walls, ceilings, trim, cabinets, and full repaints. Proper prep, quality products, clean results.

Hanging, finishing, and repairs. New construction, remodels, and patch work. We finish to Level 4 or 5 depending on your paint sheen and lighting conditions.
