We look at the existing structure or site for new builds. Check the framing, ledger board connection, footings, and any rot or damage. For refinishing, we check the wood condition and determine what prep is needed. Materials, layout, and timeline get discussed before work starts.
Repairs or Framing
For repairs, we replace damaged boards, joists, posts, or railings. For new builds, we set footings, install posts, and frame level and square. Ledger boards get properly flashed and fastened to prevent water intrusion. Framing is the foundation, so we don't cut corners.
Decking, Railings & Finish
Deck boards go down with proper spacing and fastening. Railings get installed to code with secure posts and balusters. For refinishing, we sand, clean, and apply stain or sealer to protect from sun and moisture. Final walkthrough before we call it done.
